Diploma in Pharmacy

Diploma in Pharmacy is an undergraduate Diploma Course in the medical field of Pharmacy. Pharmacy is a medical field involved in the preparation, dispensing and appropriate use of medication meant for therapeutic purposes. The course provides the minimum qualification to become a Registered Pharmacist in India. There is no specialization in Diploma in Pharmacy. and the course only provides the basic concepts of pharmaceutical science.

(Total duration of the Diploma in Pharmacy course shall be 2 years, each year comprising two semesters. Each semester shall normally have teaching for the 90 working days or as prescribed by AICTE from time to time.)
